Miranda kept busy with markers and paper while the adults chatted away the afternoon--we had planned more of a tour of the area, but the weather didn't cooperate, so we had to (literally) take a rain check on that. Mom's new apartment is beautiful and spacious: great for entertaining (especially entertaining us!)... the drive up to "God's country" was pretty as well, even under cloudy skies.
