We finally got together with the Royeas again--first time since October!  They made it over to the Island to see how our house is progressing; here, Steve is giving them the highlights of our renovation journey over the past several months.  Luckily, the weather co-operated for a lovely, sunny tour of our property and the new structure...then we adjourned back to the apartment for an early dinner and libations, toasting all the great things to come and anticipating the future completion of our home.  I'll drink to that!
